Dwayne Haskins now the sixth QB 1st-round pick over past decade who didn't make it to the 3rd-year with the team that drafted them. Browns & Broncos usually have a monopoly on this stuff

2010: Tebow (DEN)
2012: Weeden (CLE)
2014: Manziel (CLE)
2016: Lynch (DEN)
