Lol I like this guy. But seriously I need a TL;DR version of that Wentz story I don't care enough about the Eagles to read about the GM having fat head of his QB in his office.

TLDR Wentz can't take hard coaching. Doesn't follow through with the designed play. Essentially everything Kyle wants in PEOPLE, Wentz is the opposite.

But I still would like him on the team if he didn't have his contract or we didn't have to give up anything. But I guess that's fantasy land.

It could also be a wake up call for him. Lost his job once. If we get him, could be his last opportunity to be a starter.

He's way too expensive to use as a project. If he was cheap you could get him as a low risk high reward type situation. But with his contract it's not just high risk only but he would have to perform like a top 5 QB to be worth it.

The Eagles would have to do what the Rams did and give 1st RD picks to get someone to take that contract. But if they do trade him I hope it's to the Panthers or Broncos. 1 less team ahead of us that need a QB.

I've talked to an NFL source, not w/the Eagles, who hears a Wentz trade is close. That isn't first-hand information. I do feel that the longer we go without Wentz saying something like "I'm happy to be an Eagle and excited about playing for Nick Sirianni," the closer we get...

I wouldn't trade s**t for Wentz. They should have to give whatever team takes him a first-round pick or two the same way the Lions got for Goff.

Acquiring team would have Carson Wentz for Guaranteed $25.4M in 2021 with rolling guarantees on future salaries of $22M in 2022, 25M in 2023 & $26M in 2024.

I would take Wentz if they were willing to swap picks with us, Wentz and their #6 pick for our #12 pick. Then we trade Wentz to the WFT for our #3 Pick back from the Trent Williams trade
