They made the move as a final piece on defense to win a ship. And he's definitely showing up when it matters most. In the last three weeks. Heard he's been better than expected as a run defender also.

Warched some tape and the difference between a Flowers and Fowler decision would be like picking between a younger Garçon and Sammy Watkins.
Fowler/Watkins have the physical traits to be one of the very best at their positions. And have flashed that many times. But can't stay consistent or healthy.
Flowers won't ever be the best at his position. But you know what you're getting, and that's a solid player that gets the job done. Like garçon was.

I would make a strong run at Fowler.... 3yrs $21mill + incentives. Only 24yrs old and still has plenty of upside and a natural fit for the LEO.
