Martavis Bryant Requests trade

I mean sure throw him Eli Harold or something lol, but realistically a conditional mid rd pick seems to make more sense. You don't see to many player for player trades. I think bringing him in for something like that is low risk. He's making nothing for money, is motivated to play for that contract & show people he's not just some pothead, plus if he slips up Pittsburgh's conditional pick comes back to us.

I'm also just as fine drafting someone but Bryant does fill a big need. Worth a look

The condition would end up only being valid on the 2018 season. If he were to get busted next spring, then you traded a pick away for a 1 year rental. And you have another player with off the field troubles and your team name is being drug through the mud again.

With all the off the field troubles this team has faced in the last few year and especially now with Fosters recents arrests, it is far time we stop taking risks on troubled players for the foreseeable future and focus on building up a strong locker room, to add players with little to no risk for off the field bs and to not have players with the potential to bring outside distractions into our building.

That's the price of football my man, there's a reason guys are on the trading block. Gotta gamble once in a while. It's low risk high reward, I can live with giving up a 2019 4th rd pick on him, no problem.

only reason he was a distraction this yr is because he worked his ass off and didn't get to play. He get's caught with anything he's on the next plan out of here period.

4th rounder for Bryant in a heartbeat.
Welp good thing we didn't trade for him what a dummy

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the Raiders fear imminent league discipline for Martavis Bryant.
Per the Review-Journal's Michael Gehlken, Bryant's imminent discipline is believed to pertain to the NFL's substance-abuse policy. Bryant, of course, missed all of 2016 due to substance-abuse-policy violations. Gehlken confirms any further substance-abuse infraction could cost Bryant another year, or longer. With ex-broadcaster Jon Gruden replacing Reggie McKenzie at the Raiders' personnel controls, Oakland dealt the No. 79 overall pick for Bryant in late April.

Gruden can't afford too many early mistakes.

Do it now!!!
Edit: I see you said AA..no, but I'd offer a 4th. He would be an absolute monster in this offense with this QB
Double Edit: F it , I'd give a 3rd

You wouldn't trade AA for an early 3rd?

No....but I'm higher on him than most

As I've repeatedly said....we should stay as far away from this guy as possible

Really?

You expected different? Why? There is never any situation, player, or decision that can't be twisted.

He'll get suspended... oh... about as many games as your idol in New England did for deflating footballs lmao
IMO, Foster will get suspended.

The question is - for how long?

I'm hoping only 1-2 games.
