Josh Gordon off waivers?

You think Lynch is solely responsible for the WR's we have acquired?

Kyle on WR's

Garcon has 37 career Td's playing with Peyton Manning, Kirk Cousins his entire career. Never more than 6 in a single year. Why bring up Rice?

HAHA the fact that you think system players are bad and the fact that you're a Niners fans makes NO sense...what the f**k did you think bill Walsh did when looking at players? It was all scheme fit players

Gordon is talented regardless of his size. He can separate which is what Kyle likes. You don't have to be 6-3 230 lbs to do that....not sure why that so hard for you to understand that?

Again would you have a problem with OBJ or brown as a 49er?????

Jerry Rice 6'2 200 lbs
Pierre Garcon 6'1 210 lbs

"Where people make mistakes is when they say, 'We need a big tall red zone target like Julio,' and then you go pay everyone else in the world who I can promise you isn't Julio. Now you can't go get a tight end. You can't go get a guard. Yeah, you've got that big guy, but it's got to be the right guy. … You don't go, 'Hey we need a big guy.' No, we need good receivers. They come in all shapes and sizes."

He doesn't get it at all...Every single GM or HC wants a player that has the skill sets that fit their system. Kyle and most HCs want WR that can separate, that's has nothing to do with size.

Bill Walsh always looked for players that's skill set fit his system. Guess he sucks

Not talking skill set, talking size. He seems to think we need big receivers because we won with big receivers, but Jerry was not a big receiver nor was John Taylor at 6'1 185 which is equivalent to Dante Pettis.

It's based on a previous post from 15crabtree, he think we won all our SBs with "big" WRs and he's wrong (rice).

he thinks kyle only likes "system" players (Whatever the hell that really means) and he thinks they only way we can be successful is if we have a 6-3 230 WR
We dont know if he actually messed up.. He injuried his hamstring at a promo shoot, and came in as they say "not himself". You must add John Dorsey isnt his guy so anything questionable he would be willing to give the boot. The drug test will tell the story.. If he gets traded and ends up passing his drug test everyone will be all over the Browns for it and say " the Browns being the Browns again" for jumping to a reaction and getting rid of their best player. Id surely give a 4th for Gordan & 5th.

How can he be their best player when he's barely played the past 4 seasons? . By that same logic, Aldon was the Raiders best pass rusher yesterday.

Walsh looked for receivers that had specific skill sets, like the ability to get separation because that matters especially on 3rd down. If a guy has that skill set and size even better but skills before size.

Gordon makes me leery when you hear he wasn't being himself. He is one failed drug test away from being a sandwich artist at Subway.

I'm happy you aren't the GM.

I'm not giving up ANY picks for a guy who gets in trouble EVERY SINGLE YEAR.

Fair point but I saw what Shanny and Hou, Atl's o did with Julio, Andre. It's not like Shanny would struggle to use a 6'3 230 pound beast like Gordon.
