lol @ Kolb being the puppetmaster of McKchoke's trade.

Farve was the puppetmaster of getting his coach fired. none of us know what really happens in the locker room.

if they tag vick good for us means we can make a offer and make them match it. Like i said poison pill the contract making philly decided to not keep him is a possible idea. if we want winners we got to start playing dirty cause there's 32 teams in this league all going for the same thing and that's a ring.

Favre = Kolb

good one. you almost had me.

Haha yeah i almost got myself on that one too I'm in the off season already im just trying to stay positive that this team will get going in the right direction.

But let's face it we need a G.M. to fix are front office. We need a head coach who actually has the credentials for the job. I prefer a offensive guy to groom are qb right this time so as to not have another Alex Smith. Why rogers turned out so good was because he was groomed right. Switch players and alex would have been giving the chance to be good and rodgers would have busted because since leaving the west coast system we have fail to install anything new and failed to even keep a o cord for more then a season.

We need to throw the bank at Mick Vick....... Now just to think we could have had him for cheap knowing we needed a QB sickens me.... Makes you question how serious our front office is about winning!

If McNabb moves on after this season and has a monster year next year, we'll be saying the same about him. Vick and Kolb will stay put in Philly......the same cannot be said of McNabb in Washington.

ill pass on mcnabb. shanahan is a WCO genius and mcnabb is sucking very bad this year. i think mcnabb is old news. if there was a way to get vick thats how we should go but i dont think he'll be available.

Peter King made a good point, TWO high caliber QB styled coaches have now given McNabb a thumbs down. There is a reason for that.

Something that seems to be constantly overlooked regarding Vick is the tutelage he received in Philly.

You really think he would have come to SF and flourished the way he has in Philly with the current coaching staff in SF?
Vick already said he wants to return to Philly. Next!

McNabb is the best available option. Hell, I wouldnt mind having Kolb, Vick, or Manning on our team for a few years, but thats not going to happen. Considering that pickings from the FA market include Kerry Collins, Chad Pennington, Tavaris Jackson, and Shaun Hill, I think McNabb gives us the best option to win now.
He will get the exclusive franchise tag meaning no one can enter into negotiations and offer him one of those fancy smancy poison pills deals.

If he got the non exclusive tender and the Eagles opted not to match it would cost 2 1st round picks.

of those guys mcnabb is the best but thats not saying much. id take pennington if he wasnt held together by a thread. even then id only sign mcnabb for a two year contract while our high draft pick QB develops. and i think he would want to sign a long term deal so it wont happen.

f**k I'd throw 5 1st round picks for Vick.
Imagine if they actually let him go lol

Vick having his best year passing and everyone is on his wagon! No thank's for me.
After today, no way they let him go. The dream is over, much like the dream to draft Andrew Luck. I will take that OC of his (Vick's) and bring him back to SF.
