well they would have to trade their first pick(seahawks) but if Berry is there at 13 for us we have to draft him. If we do that though then there's no doubt that they get Spiller. Still though, no Oline and a questionable QB doesn't really make me worry about Seattle. I think the Niners can take this division, if they can actually win outside of their division. Our problems are easier to fix than Seattles.
they can do a sign and trade and agree to other compensation and thats whats most likely the case....i heard la canfora on nfl network say that it is probably gonna be 2 second rounders........if im MCc and Jed Id offer Josh Morgan and a 2011 2 round pick for him asap...i could see Mcdaniels liking josh morgan

No im saying he might be appealing to a guy like McDaniels who thinks he seems like he likes trading away his best players....i would give up 2 seconds and josh morgan if seattle only offers 2 seconds
okay. it sounded like you wold give them next years 2nd and morgan, and that is it.
i would not mind giving up our 2nd 1st and getting some 2nd-3rd round compensation to make up for it.
