I'm not saying we should do it, but the thought has creeped into my mind. Let's say the 49ers draft our OT @ #13, Would you offer Denver our #17 pick for Brandon Marshall?

What if Seattle gives up their #14th pick to Denver for Marshall?

Well, if we sign him and Denver doesn't match it, we would give them a 1st round pick. He is a free agent, but whatever team signs him gives Denver a 1st.

On my own here, but no. With Crabtree, the wr support we need can be got with a lot lower pick than a 1st. You guys take him, I will rebuild the line, develop the pass rush and buttress the defensive backfield. And round about round 4 or 5 I will have a look for this generation's John Taylor.

^This^.. but as of now I personally like Morgan and would like to see Jason Hill on the field more.

We are nowhere near set at WR. Crabtree is still developing, Morgan is way overrated and the rest are nobodies.
Give Denver the #17 pick. Draft OT with #13, take a DB in the 2nd round. OG in the 3rd and then a pass rusher in the 4th (or something along these lines).
Marshall, Crabtree, Vernon and Gore in on every offensive snap? Defenses are done for. Maybe throw in a Darren Sproles or another Free Agent aquisition too.

Essentially, it's trading Everett Brown (Panthers) and a 3rd rounder for this guy:

You guys are dumb for saying no!
