oh I know, if scotty though is interested in pacman, (who is a bigger team cancer and character issues the size of the universe) he should have no problem with Owens then, who is a proven player and will not get arrested 9 times in 5 months.

Ya dont you think its a coincidence that TO does this after the Ravens and Bengals find there WRs? Its called public relations. Softening the TO image to be as non-threatening as possible. TO's options are greatly reduced, and he will go at a bargain this year.
All that being said, Id welcome him back. If for no other reason than to watch Coach Sing rip in to him if he does something stupid.

So that's pretty much a 2 year $10 million dollar contract, which is about right for a veteran starter such as TO. Shoot look what they did for Brandon Jones, and I guarantee you Owens makes more of an impact than Jones next year.

Eh I'd rather draft a guy like Demaryius Thomas or Golden Tate but I'd welcome TO back, but that price is steep when you can find a guy in the draft who has more athleticism and better hands.
