The Probowl is becoming less and less relevant as each player drops out.

True. I still wanted him to play at least one drive.

Fans got tickets looking to see the best players in the NFL. They won't be getting that. I'm sure the tickets are pretty damn expensive, I would be pissed if i got tickets and half the guys who are supposed to be playing decide they don't want to.

I think it's only a matter of time before the pro-bowl is finished.

Yup, this is perfect. The pro bowl scares me. I'd rather all of our players get the honor, and then sit out. Hopefully next year its because they're resting up for a game the following week.

So let me see if I am understanding this correctly. Our best/franchise player won't play in a meaningless game. Sounds good to me as well.

does he still get a check?

Doesnt sound to serious...hopefully (knock on wood). Rather be safe than sorry for sure. Dang...would've like to see him on sunday though!!
No big deal. I would have like to seen him play. but it's more important that he's healthy and feeling fresh when training camp starts(even though he doesn't need training camp).

wow that blows, back down to 4 now.. and with the superbowl team's players unable to play in the pro bowl as well, well the pro bowl will def. be a lot different this year. I'm still glued to the idea they should can the pro-bowl entirely and just announce an All-Pro team
