He'll be fine I think. Though I'm worried that his limited mobility early in the year will make him look very bad on defense.

Even 100% healthy, Curry isn't exactly a lockdown defender.

Sure you're taking a risk when you take a raw center prospect.

But it's a risk worth taking given the fact that size, strength, and interior defense are rare commodities in the current NBA.

It's why guys like Roy Hibbert make max contracts.

Just basic economics. Demand-Cost Curve etc.

You're worth what people are willing to pay you and NBA GM's would give their left nut for a competent center these days.

Which is another reason we should have picked Drummond. Even if he struggled in his first few years, he would have been a tremendous trade asset.

Derrick Favors got traded for Deron Williams for christ sake.

I still prefer Barnes-Ezeli over Drummond/small forward.
