now they can safely put him out to stud and tell potential buyers, "he coulda won the triple crown, and he woulda, if not for that damn tendinitis!"

no risk of injury on the track, no need to put him down, now they can rake in the millions
Well, that settles it. I'll be at the movies tomorrow at 1:30.
What a f**king waste that was
Too funny
I guess I don't have to buy an ugly blazer since I won't be attending the race anymore
The owner is going to regret this move. Once in a lifetime shot at history.

Lol...you couldn't buy an insurance policy to cover what this horse would be worth if he had to be put down after the race. The real money is in the breeding. I wouldn't be surprised (knowing horse racing and all the BS surrounding it) if the injury wasn't fake. Why take a chance and run the horse? Millions will be made from stud fees as the horse stands now. If he runs and loses, the fees probably wouldn't be as valuable. As it stands now, he's a stud who was a potential triple crown winner save for an "injury". Doesn't surprise me at all with "Drug" O'Neil as the trainer.

Again what drug did he use that you and I don't consume everyday. Unless you never eat bread.
