Agreed. He's a better player than Deng. I'll be very impressed if Rose can win a title with his current team, because he has two #3 guys (Deng, Boozer), but neither of 'em compare to Wade, Gasol, Westbrook, or whichever Celtic you think is #2.

The best fit about Odom with the Lakers, is he can sub in for just about anyone on the floor and people can just slide over a spot down or up with Odom on the floor.

Rose is dealing well with the "I'll take over from here" bc he is so young and quick. I'd be very surprised if he can keep dominating in a Jordan/Kobe role to win a championship. If he does, he gets catapulted like Wade did when he won into an super elite player immediately.
