No it's a regular season award and Halladay was legit in the regular season. For like 1/3 of the regular season Timmy was still finding his groove and he finally got his game back before the post season. Halladay deserved it but I'd rather have Timmy, and we'll gladly take the WS over the CY Young awards. Timmy has 2 of those already anyway.
