If the Bulls can't get Carmelo, who can they acquire at small forward to replace Deng? Do you think they should even try to replace Deng?

Who should the Bulls go after at shooting guard? Will O.J. Mayo be available in the near future?

I think we all would love Melo and the smartest move on his part would be to come to Chicago if he really wants a ring b/c of the pieces we already have in place. Do I think he'll come here, not really. Denver doesn't want Deng so if there is some kind of 3 team trade with someone else taking Deng it may work but you never know what's gonna happen I'm just not getting my hopes up. I really like our team right now and how well we have played without Boozer, but yea I guess will see what happens with this around the trade deadline, but I think he's gonna end up in New York. Hopefully I'm wrong. As for Mayo I really don't know what's going on with him.

D ROSE FOR MVP!

Although Melo would be nice, he's definitely an upgrade over Deng without a doubt, I think the bigger need is a very solid shooting guard. If we can get that, then Deng would be perfect for this team because we wouldn't have to rely on his scoring too much. I think Deng is a perfect 3rd or 4th option on offense, and he's been great on defense. I can't think of any available shooting guards out there, but if we could get one somewhow, this team will definitely be scary especially with the addition of Boozer. Go Bulls!!

Agree 100% with Boozer coming back Deng becomes a 3rd option which I also feel suits him better. Honestly before even considering a SG I'd like to see how this team plays with Boozer in the mix and if we need another piece we will know by the trade deadline. I really like our teams depth with Boozer coming back and really don't want to lose to much in a trade. I really don't care that Bogans starts cuz he's only getting like 15 minutes a game. I like how Thibs brings Brewer in for solid minutes off the bench.
I shall be at the game tomorrow night for booz's return... And I get a Noah bobblehead

The bulls need a guy who can create his own shot. They NEED melo to have any shot at any NBA finals berths.
As of now I'd just like to see how they play with Boozer. Rose can score at will imo and with Boozer points should come a little easier.

The refs had your back this game. They wanted to make sure Howard wasn't going to get touched with some of those bogus illegal defense calls.

Yeah...I'm sure the refs gave us 29 points worth of help.

We just got crushed once again by the Magic, which I expected since Boozer was finally making his debut. We never really got into any rhythm and once there was a possibility of making it a game, the Magic just started raining 3's to kill all that. Whatever, I chalk it up as a loss to a superior team that is established while the Bulls are trying to figure out how to play with an "actual-legit" low-post presence. The next game against Orlando should be alot better with Boozer having worked off the rust he showed last night.
i'll come out and say it. i for one was not and or am happy with the boozer signing. unless he sets the world on fire i'll reserve the rights to not jump up and get down.

I think the big target for the Bulls was Bosh but we all know how that went. A scoring PF was a definite need and I personally prefer Boozer over Stoudemire. The hand injury was definitely a setback which I believe he'll overcome..The only big worry with Boozer is obviously the injury issues, which hopefully he can overcome. But I definitely understand the lack of enthusiasm/excitement with Boozer.

The Bulls were out of sync that whole game and would have lost anyway but the NBA obviously didn't want to see any payback for those cheapshots Howard took on Rose.
lol
Here's a good chance to see how amazingly good Boozer is on defense. Well if he makes it past the first quarter w/o an injury.
