Until he does something in real NBA games, I'm not impressed. So many players in the past have lit up the summer league only to fall off and do nothing come the regular season.

Him and Jeremy Lin are steals.
I really like Fields, but I was surprised at how high he went in the 2nd round. Nice pick Knicks

But Landry has outplayed Bill Walker who is a rotational player for the Knicks. Fields is clearly a good player.
Does anyoen know what happened to Jerome Randle, why was he on the Magic, and then the Wizards summer league team?

Bill Walker - 9 points, 2 boards, 1 assist per on a 29 win team... and I'm sure Bill Walker isn't as motivated to prove himself on the summer league team like a 2nd round rookie would be.

Well, Fields might end up eventually taking his rotational minutes, so Skywalker better step his game up.

A few guys have played in both the Orlando and Vegas summer leagues for different teams. The undrafted guys aren't under contract with anyone so they can sign up with any teams.

I don't understand how anyone can call Knick fans "great".
does anyone else remember this reaction when Fields was drafted? people were booing and looking all upset, when they basically took the pac 10 co player of the year.
