I stand by my statement. Cleveland plays hard on a nightly basis, the Lakers don't.

We went through this last year, with everyone annointing the Cavs, and you of all people should know how that turned out. While I think the Cavs are a more legitimate contender this year, they're still going to run into issues in the postseason. How quickly people forget.

Didn't you learn last year that you can't rely on the regular season to judge the Lakers potential?

Eh. Every year is different. We'll see how it goes. I just personally think nobody is near Cleveland.

1. Cleveland

2. Lakers
3. Orlando
4. Boston
5. Atlanta

6. Mavericks

7. Who cares

We'll see. I'm still gonna pull for Orlando..and think they match up well w/ Cleveland..so we'll see.

LOL. Seriously. Don't sweat it, J.
If the Spurs can't beat this hobbled Lakers team, it's a testament to just how fall they've fallen.

They're going to be horrible in 2 years when Tony P leaves in free agency

Tim Duncan will come down with a "bad back" issue next season, the Spurs will tank to the tune of 25 wins, then they'll somehow come up with the # 1 pick in the draft and select the next great big man. Duncan will play the D-Rob role of veteran mentor, and Buford and Stern can continue their closeted love-fest with each other.

Book it.
