Hill will be the more productive quarterback, but I really don't think he's that durable so Alex Smith is going to get the majority of the time.
Alex will play more.
Hill's the better QB.

Alex - I still have hope. Alex has a much higher ceiling, but also a lower floor. He's the most promising for the starter position, but may bomb out and not even be a decent backup.
Hill - Definitely qualifies for the backup position, but doesnt have the potential to be a solid NFL starting QB.
...I guess that puts me in the Smith list.
