Too bad Alex hasn't improved since 3 years ago or 6 years ago.

You honestly can't say he hasn't improved from 6 years ago... He at least deserves that much credit. (he has slowly improved his qb rating, he is stepping up as a leader etc..)

This thread should be renamed with Alex & Kaep though..
