Complaining about why AJ isn't in Atlanta is a YOU problem. You can voice your displeasure next season and boo him
if he gets on the field. Maybe write him angry email. He doesn't want to be known as bust. He knows what he has to do
and he knows the 49ers aren't shy about getting someone else to get the job done if he can't.

ginn and chad hall was ahead of hm for gods sake.

And Hall had the same stats as Jenkins. Ginn had 2 catches for 1 yard. I think that shows more that it didnt matter who the 4th-6th receivers were, they weren't getting any playing time.
Jenkins was NOT drafted to produce immediately! When will people get that? With Crabtree, Moss, Manningham, Williams, Davis, Walker, and even Ginn ahead of him for playing time the kid had no chance to produce.

He's working on his conditioning and his mechanics, delivery, footwork, accuracy, etc. The receivers are there for conditioning and to develop timing with him and his passes. I'm told that the more you catch passes from a given QB, the more comfortable you get with the ball in its trajectory and speed.
Bottom line: he's dedicated to the game and we should all be happy.
Just like anything in life. Practice makes perfect.
pretty sure he was asking why the location
Yes the location I was wondering about... Well VD & D walker should b there as well, they have the most difficulty with the speed & trajectory... D walker is a free agent, and VD I guess is considered a "super star" status, wink wink
delaine walker is a pending free agent, I would not expect him down there

Jenkins doesn't have to work out in the off season. But since his play was nonexistent, if he wants to remain popular with the fans and keep his job, he better get his ass to work. No one cares Crabtree isn't there because Crabtree has proven himself, especially being clutch in the post season.
As for being in the weight room just like everyone else, that's good, but if one is struggling, they really should be putting in extra time. That's true for any job, especially one where a lot of people are depending on you and you are getting paid a handsome sum for warming the bench.
The thing is, guys like crabtree and VD played a LONG season. They are bound to be banged up, and deserve the time to recover and get 100% healthy again. Jenkins has no excuse. None. If Lockette and Hall are putting in time, there is no excuse as to why Jenkins is not. None. I dont care if he shows up next week or not. After the season was over he should have been following Kaep everywhere. He should be catching the soap when Kaep drops it in the shower. He should be catching Kaeps gum when he spits it out.
I read that hall and lockette are both from the Atlanta area and that's why they are there quicker than jenkins

but how many games was AJ active (dressed) for? 4-5 tops?? The niners usually use 2 WR sets anyway, cool your jets and wait till next year broseph.

delaine walkers versatility played in to it. had we had a less athletic less versatile #2 te we would have seen more of the wrs on the field last season Jenkins included

in the preseason? yes for sure we will be. this is the same site that had a 'is Anthony davis a bust' thread after like 2 or 3 games into his career. im giving him all the way through next season before I truly judge him

I don't read too much into preseason just hope to be healthy. I've seen guys go legend and be out of the nfl the next week and conversely seen guys stink the joint up and turn out just fine
