Ha. HAHA. HA!
Not only is Crabtree NOT a rapist. He's a god damn PIMP. He was probably in the hotel room with about thirty women total wearing only his red socks and sunglasses.
And a raincoat, if he knows what's good for him.

Apparently you guys haven't had this crap happen to you. It would be on the Prosecutor to bring charges, and you have a better shot at winning the lottery as being charged with perjury, the courts are already swamped as is. He's lucky that other people were there our he could have gotten toasted.
Go Niners.

She probably got caught cheating with Crabs and concocted a phony story for her boyfriend.

He probably came all over a chick's face, or gave her a 'Cleveland Steamer' and she didn't like it.

No charges, doesn't mean not guility. It just means it couldn't be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Having 2 witnesses on your side, definitely suggests innocence, though! As a fan, I am definitely happy that he will be playing football.

Not how it works. I believe Crabs would have to press charges and he prob just wants to sweep it under the rug.
Agree. Be glad when it is over.

Sue for what? If it's a person with no money, there's really no point in suing. You can get a judgment on paper, but what good is that? You can't squeeze blood out of a rock. What'll end up happening is Crabtree paying a bunch of attorney and other legal fees and getting a judgment on paper, but without the ability to collect anything.

Maybe he could hire Tonya Harding to smack her in the head with a golf club.
