How much will Jim or John have to change their coaching strategies?

I don't know how close Jim and John are but how much will they have to change up their strategies? Both teams are similar in their style of play as John even said yesterday. He said he likes to think of the teams as mirrored. I am sure they talk football a lot and will pretty much know what the other one is trying to do. My question is how much will they have to change their game plan to confuse the other one?
