He needs to pray more and focus. He should get back on Twitter and tell the haters to 4uck off, man up and own his failures then come out with some swagger and bang these kicks through the uprights on game day. Use proper technique, focus, and bang it through and if you miss in practice, fix the flaws and do it on Sunday

Get his frustrations out. Next time a DB comes up to him talking s**t, he needs to clock 'em.
Just kidding, that'd be a penalty. He needs to sell his soul to the devil to cure whatever is ailing him.

Clench left hand before kicks. Activates part of the right brain associated with automatic/muscle memory movements. Takes the psychological/choke aspect out of it and makes it a routine action.
http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/the-winner-effect/201210/obama-romney-should-clench-left-hands-tonight
"Beckman and his colleagues argue that closing the left hand over a soft ball 'primed' in the right hemisphere the associated fluent, automatic and largely unconscious networks controlling the skill. Activating the right hemisphere like that would also tend to suppress the left hemisphere and therefore tone-down the self-focused thoughts about success and failure."

just say F*CK IT.
there is truth to this, but most have a very strong bias towards 1 foot.

Horrible body language. Did you see him on the bench... I thought he was going to commit suicide on live tv.

Take a page from pitching coaches in baseball. If you keep missing up, aim low, and the ball will hit the strike zone.
He keeps hooking the ball, so try and compensate the other way. Who knows. Hopefully the SB doesnt come down to a FG, because were screwed. Is it too late to add Cundiff back?

No, it's not too late. Harbaugh I don't think has any choice, but to bring him back. Akers' confidence is just shot.

wear glasses that make the goal posts look 5 feet more to the right than they actually are.
