But it's amazing when you consider our best defensive player and the heart/soul of this team did not get the recognition he deserves

he was 1st team DT, and 2nd team DE in 2011, this year his 2nd team at both positions. pretty spectacular when you consider nobody has done that since deion was an all pro cb and return specialist. to me thats a bigger distinction/compliment than being a 1st team all pro at 1 position.

He should have made the 1st team as a DE over Cameron Wake. At DT, Wilfork and Atkins deserve their spots.

Why do the All-Pro voters have such a hard time figuring out his position? Hes a DE. Aldon is an OLB.

Probably because he plays DT in our nickel packages and with the way teams are passing now. We're playing nickel a lot.
