Vernon Davis needs to go all out for the ball

Oh yeah, now its even bash VD for the sake of Kap right? So funny how this has turned out.

Telling some to get over it already and then all these excuses for every little thing that is brought up.

Look, some of this stuff is small and not a big deal but worth a thought so why make such silly excuses. If the guy missed on a few passes that could have been TD's so be it. It happens all the time to even the best qb's, which is what I've always said.

My neck hurts from the whiplash!
This thread is a joke. He'd have to have 10 foot long arms to catch that ball.
It was a terrible f**king throw. He was wide open by 20 yards. Wow

I was just about to say this! And this isn't the only game where he appears to either short arm a catchable ball, or simply fail to extend or lay out for one. Brought this up already in the other Vernon thread. This may seem like heresy to the homers, but it's as if he avoids "impact", whether it's the jarring one would get when hitting the ground if you lay out for the ball, or when you have a collision with tacklers. This latter point is illustrated when instead of using his considerable size and strength to blast through tacklers, he tries to juke around them. When guys are hanging on him, he can carry two or three of them a fair ways, but when they collide, he goes down fairly easily. I don't think I'm imagining it, since I've noted it many times and was initially quite surprised considering his vaunted strength. I love Vernobn and hope it's just coincidence and I'm off base, but I've seen it too many times to just ignore.
that wasnt a overthrown ball davis did not extand his hands watch the film again....that was a perfect thrown ball where only davis can make a play....
