Brandon Jacobs is frustrated with the niners. Go check out his Instagram ( speed4527 ) and comments. He's bragging about the NY Giants to saying he's not happy in SF. Harbaugh prolly told him James is #2 RB. Wonder if the niners picked him up just to take a little away from NY.

I won't deny that there isn't some truth to this. However, I think a lot of it is due to how things went down with Smith, as opposed to Jacobs. I don't think the team gives a rat's ass about a "me-first" player like Jacobs...but Alex is a lot more well liked, and a lot of these players went through a lot of good times/bad times with him.

This is why I didn't like signing him and why speculated that he'd be cut during the pre-season. He just has very little value for this team, not to mention he always seem to be one step away from a decided locker room. His value to this team is quite low.

Thought for his first real game action, LMJ played pretty well. 8 carries for 30 yds. His speed and cuts remind me a lot of Hunter. Sky is the limit for this young man. Looking forward to see how he plays with even more touches.
