CK did not practice much. I don't think the coaches would go through so much trouble (or time) to hide stuff from the media. This is the NFL, and these kind of tricks don't win games.
The good part is that if you can cover Marshall, then they don't really have that many weapons.
On the flip side, the Chicago defense is well stacked. Everyone communicates with each other, and seem to be dialed in this year...just like the 49ers last year.
Jason Campbell has more NFL experience than CK, plus he practiced all week. I would give him the edge on that, at least on paper.
