The San Francisco 49ers sit alone atop the NFC West standings after three weeks of NFL action. San Francisco defeated the Arizona Cardinals 36-30 in a thriller at Levi's Stadium on Sunday afternoon, improving to 3-0 on the season.
Meanwhile, the Cardinals fell to 1-2.
The 49ers were the only NFC West team to emerge from Week 3 with a win. The Washington Commanders handed the Seattle Seahawks their first loss of the season, beating the reigning Super Bowl champions 33-31 at Northwest Stadium and dropping them to 2-1.
On Sunday night, the Denver Broncos beat the visiting Los Angeles Rams 30-26 at Empower Field at Mile High, dropping the Rams to 1-2.
Next up for the 49ers: a Week 4 matchup against the Broncos at Levi's Stadium. The Rams will continue their road trip against the Philadelphia Eagles, while the Seahawks will host the winless Los Angeles Chargers. The Cardinals will travel to MetLife Stadium to face the New York Giants.
