Does anyone know the "chant" the fans are yelling after we get a 1st down? It almost sounds like they are booing?

Absolutely love the fog horn.
I've been calling for enhanced, gameday experience tactics like those at the 'Stick for years. I love how they finally start up stuff like that now, once we're a good football club again. Before that, it's like nobody gave a s**t about the stadium experience.
I always felt that Candlestick was lacking it's own unique trademark. Steelers have the towel, Baltimore-seven nation army, Eagles-fight song etc.).
It's nice that we're carving out a new tradition/identity with little things like this. It really amps up the excitement after a TD.

It's some thing from that movie 300 (never saw the movie) they go.
Ah-OOOOO Ah-OOOOO Ah-OOOOO after a first down. But as others have mentioned, they do it to long after the fact so it sounds out of place. Need to do it right after those chains move.
Love the fog horn. Thought I'd like this chant but it just seems displaced.

Thanks. The fog horn is a nice idea - brings some uniqueness to the stadium. But I have to admit - the chant just sounds weird. Really does sound like "booing" when you're watching at home. Probably makes sense at the game, but on TV just seems weird. Oh well - hope to continue hearing both in the future!

Love the fog horn, hate the chant. They need to think of something else for 1st downs.

Oohhh, so that's what that was. From TV I thought Lions fans were chanting for Suh. Made no sense to me when he wasn't even involved in a play

Personally, I don't like sounds after a TD. Fans cheering is enough for me.

I think the foghorn sounds cool but the idea is copied from the SF Giants at AT&T Park.
