Nolan never wanted Willis. It was McCloughan who almost forced Nolan to draft him.

NFL games are won watching film and putting a game plan in place. Singleatry had no clue how to gameplan for an opponent. He thought he could practice during the week and stare/scream at players on Sunday's and win football games. Not only could he not game plan but he surrounded himself with coodinators like Jimmy Raye. If you're a mediocre head coach you better surround yourself with great coordinators. Singletary lost to Raheem Morris and Tampa Bay 21-0. Last season Harbaugh took the same personell and beat Tampa Bay 48-3.
