I only am concerned because this is the third incident. Who does he hang out with?

Sounds to me like you just read the headlines and not the articles. That's the only reason you could be so completely uninformed.

The accident occurred at 11:45 p.m. Friday near Smith's home in the hills east of San Jose. Alcohol was not a factor in the crash, the CHP said. I read an article at work that didn't have the time of the accident. That is why I asked the question earlier in the thread. You're the first one to answer.

Just trying to have, you know, a discussion....And concerned for the young man.

Also, do we know who he was with? An old college teammate just in an accident? Or a reckless, troubled childhood friend who has a history of stupid behavior such as excessive speeding?

With all these issues, it just seems he is surrounding himself with the wrong crowd.

I know the area Smith lives at, there are a lot of deer up there. I almost ran into one myself, it was wondering around on a major street. I don't know why all these things keep happening to Smith. I'm sure his friend wasn't driving crazy (it is suicidal to do that on those roads), but he wasn't driving like a grandma either if he had to swerve so bad to avoid the deer.

Details are everything. Was driver smoking a blunt and texting at the same time? if he was Aldon was being stupid.

Was driver sober and going 5mph below the speed limit while lecturing Aldon to save money and go to church more often?

Yeah i trust cciowa, but i remember being told to avoid them because if it goes through the windsheild, you are dead or badly hurt.

Aldon lives up the street from me. There has been a ton of deer running around all over the place lately. A bunch of fawns especially. My mom hit one the other day. f**ker did more damage to the car than himself! Cracked the grill of my parents new car.
