KDub is a lock to make the team imo. He's had a great offseason and so far in TC is one of the more reliable WR's. We will see when game time comes, but I can;t see a scenario in which they cut him.

i think kyle williams will be the #1 go to guy in 3rd down conversions (he will be in slot most likely)
last year he was good on 3rd downs when he was in slot
also in 3rd downs ituations practices in TC he had 7 catches

because he didnt play much games
and then when later due to even more injuries he was forced out of the slot to go outside which desnt suit his strnegths

So from your second sentence, Kyle Williams is a one dimensional WR as well as a choke artist PR.

victor cruz got 90% of hiss pass yards from the slot hes also a one dimensional WR
