Don't see them carrying less than 8, not with Goodwin's injury issues. Person is being developed to either take over at guard or center. Looney will represent depth at guard. Unless Beeler steps up and takes the backup C spot over in training camp, I think its a safe bet that Person will hang around.

Joe Staley, Mike Iupati, Jonathan Goodwin, Daniel Kilgore, Anthony Davis, Alex Boone, and now Joe Looney. Person is gonna have to beat out Looney; I see a real camp battle here. I think Beeler is being groomed for the Center spot; JH is hiding him i think. But my gut tells me we carry 7 O-lineman on the 53. Person or Looney will be on the PS.

I doubt it, We will have these 8 this year IMO, Staley, Davis, Iupati, Goodwin, Kilgore, Boone, Looney and Person, and add a Vet OG to the mix and we are set. We would have drafted 5 OL in past 3 drafts. I like these nasty tough OL we got.
