Buffalo will be without tackle Cordy Glenn and guard Kraig Urbik and safety Jairus Byrd is questionable. Running back Brandon Jacobs says he's ready to play, but the 49ers are giving him just a 50/50 shot. Cornerback Carlos Rogers and defensive tackle Isaac Sopoaga are also questionable.

More worried about Sopoaga and Rogers at this point.
Jacobs will play against the Giants for sure
Excited to see what this guy can bring. It's a whole new dimension having an actual power back that can run.
He should've been placed on IR with the chance to return....wasting a roster spot right now

Wtf man... I'd be pissed too
jacobs must be in harbaugh's doghouse.
Jacobs' situation is starting to seem a lot like Braylon Edwards' last year where he couldn't get himself out of the doghouse and onto the field.
Just get rid of him
If we are not going to play him the one game where we would probably see his best effort, then there is no use to have him on our team. Cut him or hopefully trade him.
He should have been activated today.
...and then he was found in the Giants locker room after the game. This will be interesting to see how it plays out.
