And even if they were successful in doing so, I give it about 10-15 yrs before they even field an expansion team. No way you get the expansion "San Francisco 49ers" to play at the 'Stick.

Actually, it was addressed in the very news conference that the move was annoinced. Right there on the podium they said it would still be the San Francisco 49ers. It has NEVER been in question by anyone but people who oppose the move and were clutching at straws.
