He probably had to take a shot for every sack he got this year, rest up young blood. Good thing this happened during the offseason and early in his career so he can learn from his mistakes and move on.

Aldon Smith was busted for a DUI by Miami Police Friday night and booked into the local jail on charges, according to police press release.

If he's gone do something stupid, I'd rather have him get caught up for DUI without anyone getting hurt, rather than firing a hand gun or getting caught up with drugs.
