I'm kinda surprised that so few people wanna keep Tavares Gooden. He's a great special teams player

Because he was a pretty good RG for most of the year. Sure, not all pro, and if you can get an improvement you do, but resigning him definitely helps make RG not as high a need as not resigning him.

It will tough, but I think it is imperative to keep these core players who all played a part in our success this year. The only WR I would consider is VJax as our team is missing a speedy and big wideout to take the lid of a defense. But my only concern with him is his attitude.

Alex Smith (no brainer. Im still high on Kap tho but he needs at least one more yr)
Dashon Goldson (pay the man!!!)
*Ahmad Brooks (I say pay him unless Harbaugh thinks there is a better option in the draft)
*Carlos Rogers (dont over bid for him, 30s turn into a liability. Much rather have Finnegan who is asking for the same price)
Teddy Gin (I think after our lost, this is self explanatory)
Blake Costanzo (whats not to love about this guy...Special teams ace and i believe could be a quality ILB backup)
Josh Morgan (definition of a reliable WR)
Spillman (good quality backup and great STer)
*Adam Synder (only for a right price. i definitely dont want to get in a bidding war for him)

I dont want to cut kyle williams even though he did cost us a superbowl appearance. The man is young/talented, he was thrown into the spot, it was tough weather conditions, and im sure if we cut him a bunch of teams will jump all over that
