I would resign
Brooks
Costanzo
Goldson
Alex
Snyder
and would add a veteran cb and a #1 wr via free agency. This would leave the draft for a bpa aproach

Is the way I see it. I think you can go via free agency cheaper and get a good player to fill voids. The draft is going to be a great tool also. I don't see paying top dollar for Goldson.

Same here, but I would cut/trade Williams and Crabtree too. We need a big time receiver, a reliable second option, and a CB.

Resign- brooks, costanzo, ginn, goldson, morgan, rogers, a. smith, r. smith, snyder
there are a couple of other guys i wouldn't mind to see resigned, but we can't resign everyone.

snyder shouldn't be too hard to get back, given chilo has to be gone makes even more sense in grabbing snyder back. rodgers contract must make sense given his age but I am sure they will try and frankly to lose him would means someone paid stupid money for him. I think both snyder and rodgers gets done.
I was okay with losing goldson last year, but not this year. I find him to be immensely valuable. I think he needs to be their #1 target as far as re-signs...I would kick the tires on brooks for obvious reasons but guys lesser then him have been getting stupid money as of late, I think he is long, long gone. Money spent his way will be better served locking up bowman. both of these guys want stupid money, if goldson can give an inch in his demands, I would love to see him back. ultimately though, I think both of these guys are guys we would love to have back but are gone.
as far as morgan, they need to make a choice, it's either him or crabtree but not both. neither is a #1 reciever and getting one needs to be a top priority this offseason. My preference is morgan but again, it needs to make financial sense, can't pay silly money on a #2. end of the day, it may make more sense in keeping crabtree for contract reasons. neither is special, we have nothing close to special at all at that spot. I don't think morgan comes back, priority will be to get someone dynamic, so given that they will attempt to upgrade considerably, no big loss on morgan.
as far as alex, very happy for him for the season he was able to have, that's not a superbowl qb. he won the saints game and so proud of him for it. He helped lose last night, he progressively sunk deeper in to his shell and played not to lose. He would not pull the trigger in moments it was worth a shot given the gravity of the game and by the time he went jeff garcia with the 'at the feet' throws he had gone full on mental. all that said, while I don't want him back I do realize his signing is a forgone conclusion.
The best guy they could lose is greg roman, can not tell you how much I had been hoping he would jump on another gig, his playy calling this season was ridiculously lackluster and at times incredibly ignorant.

I think we just need to add more talented WRs to the roster to make everybody (Crabtree and Williams) better. This is just basic football. You go out and add someone like Marcus Colston (just an example) and he makes everyone better!! I'm really excited for the off season to see how this team shapes up. Can you imagine what Harbaugh will do with a REAL off season!!!

I agree with the Greg Roman conclusion...
It's wierd... It seems no matter how many new OCs we bring in..
Their play calling is ALL THE SAME.
By the same, I mean AWFUL!
