In its stead, I would put in DB depth. Our starting unit is good. But would like to have more options off the bench.

5. Resign Josh Morgan Goldson and Rodgers ( ONLY GOLDSON, possibly RODGERS)

Peyton Manning, if he's not on the Colts' roster, you'd have to question how healthy he really is. Also, do you think he'd want to go through another offensive coordinator, after having been in that same system for as long as he has been. Secondly, do you want another transition season? I'm sure if Peyton was to come in, he'd have to learn the playbook, and work under a structured offense, the way Harbaugh has it. Peyton is a pipedream, all. If he's 100% healthy, I'm sure he'll be on the Colts, still.

I would like to see Aldon Smith on more plays. He seems he plays well against the run but I don't remember any situations where he had to cover. (hopefully vic can avoid these situations)

Soap is decent but in a perfect world I would like the 49ers to get a more dynamic NT. Soap is a liability in passing downs.

A WR signed through FA and a high end RB drafted. Dixon has regressed as a RB. Hunter can fill the 3rd down roll but another high end RB can spell Frank when Frank starts to wear down towards the end of next season. This offense should hold 3 capable RB's especially with the mileage Frank has.

I either want to see if Kilgore can fill behind Snyder as the primary Guard back up or sign/draft another guard. Rachal still scares me although he played well the last two games.
