The better teams deal with this all the time and so do their QB's. We have Harbaugh now and a new OC will not affect us as much as it did in other years. Unfortunately, according to our fans who support or don't support Alex, we have the ONLY QB who can't handle this.

Not for a decade they don't.

I understand what you're trying to say. But I have a hard time believing any team in NFL history has has this much change at the OC position in the last 10 years.

+1. Name me one QB that has gone through the amount of changes Alex has and still went on to be successful. Behind every good quarterback is a little something called "continuity."
And people claim thew 49ers don't have consitency - of course they do. They are very consistent with having to hire a new OC every single season.
