In many aspects.. play on the field, leadership from players and the coaching staff, lack of mettling from the front office and another intangible,,,, lack of drama.It seemed like the the previous head coach had to generate , create or prolong drama to keep the spotlight on himself.i just can not believe what this team has done with no off season.
