What will be the date and time of our first playoff game? | Page 2

If we clinch the #2 seed and our first playoff game is the NFC Division game, when would our game be played? I know they play some playoff games on Saturday and some on Sunday. I've looked around the internet and can't find anything. Does anyone know what day the game will be played??? I need to put in a vacation day at work!

sorry im a little confused who would we play the first playoff game

if playoffs started now it would be the winner of
falcons vs saints

but unless im mistaken teams in same division cant play each other int he first round (or was that baseball)

We'd play the wild card winner with the highest seed.

It depends what the matchup is -- end of story. It's a flex-schedule so the more attractive game can go Sunday night. If we play the Saints, we could definitely get that Sunday game.

But I think historically they go with the east coast matchup because it drives higher ratings

Most likely baseball because I remember the Eagles and Cowboys meeting for a 3rd time a couple of years ago in the wildcard and I think the Ravens and Steelers played for a 3rd time wildcard weekend recently.

If the playoffs ended today, the saints would play ATL and the Lions would travel to the winner of the Giants and Cowboys.

Then we would play the highest seeded winner from Wildcard weekend, the lower seed would travel to GB

he wll definitely be missed. He's HUGE on special teams and on O, even though he hasn't gotten the ball much, he causes matchup problems for the defense because of his speed. His loss is going to hurt us.
