Marshawn Lynch is undoubtedly playing the best football of his life right now, and has arguably been the best running back in the league for the better part of 2 months. The 49ers run defense hasn't allowed a 100-yard rusher in 36 games, and no rushing touchdowns in the season's first 14 games. Is Marshawn Lynch a threat to end these records come Saturday? Why or why not?

Against top 10 defenses in yards per rush (SF, PIT, BAL, CIN, ATL) Lynch has gained 201 yards on 75 carries with 3 TDs. Throw in the Bears (13th) and Cardinals (11th) and he's at 316 yards on 114 carries with 5 TDs. So props to him for stomping on the bad defenses. There are a lot of things I'm worried about with this game, but Lynch isn't among them.

Tavaris Jackson is a much bigger threat than Lynch. He's playing good ball lately and our D isn't elite vs. the pass. He's certainly capable of getting them to 17 points and that may well be enough to win.

Alex needs to put up 4TDs in the first qrt, this should take care of any Lynch running game. We should expect to see a few new wrinkles in this game.

Eff that. It's the frickin REFS that keep giving us trouble. I saw holds that weren't called, PI that wasn't called, this is beyond ridiculous. Keep trying to ruin our run refs...maybe we'll get some respect by winning the WHOLE DAMN THING.

f**k it. Let them end our streak, we ended (sorta) their season. They only got the rushing TD after a blocked punt. At the end of the day we got the W, and Larry Grant was the one who was eating the skittles.
