It's gonna suck when teams start cherry picking our coaches but hopefully that won't be for a few years.

lol, it's funny people are all scared of coordinators leaving.

I think this is the effect of 49ers fans being scarred inside by the history of coordinators that have left and screwed Alex Smith.

i'd be shocked if Roman gets a HC gig right out of the gate like that. It does happen, obviously, but it seems like, usually, a good candidate will get interviews for a year or two before he actually lands a job.

I'm more worried about losing Fangio or Seely, personally, since we finally have an offense-minded HC. But I also have faith that Harbaugh will surround himself with quality people, because he's not Singletary.
