Alex now has four 4th quarter comebacks. @Cin @Phi @DET, vs. NYG.
I thought the first half today was the best of Smith's career. With less than 80 total rushing yards, Smith made the plays we needed. He only ended with 242 yards passing and a 85.7 rating, but most people contribute his INT to Ted Ginn and not Smith.
Did he do enough to gain your vote of confidence in January?

To be honest, I think people make the playoffs sound more difficult than they really are. Sure, there's the atmosphere, the one-and-done feel of it, and the fact that every team remaining in the playoffs is a good team... but I have a lot of confidence Alex can win a playoff game. A playoff game is simply another game, albeit with more fanfare, and higher-level gameplanning.
He's beaten good teams this season and has pulled off impressive drives when they matter. He's not a rookie, he's a 7th-year veteran. I'd only be concerned if we were in the playoffs and had a rookie starting.

After the first couple games I had confidence in Alex, but I can honestly say i didn't the past several years. What a difference good coaches can make right?
Alex doesn't have to completely carry the load on his shoulders but he can air it out if need be. Alex and our defense won this game for us today! Thats something you never would have heard the past several years.

What we saw today is the tip of the iceberg in the air game for Smith. Its called when its needed. Right now we dont go away from the run.

Absolutely. He's calm and does his job well.

Although I voted "wait and see," I'm confident that he has become as tough between the ears as any QB. And at the end of the day, that's likely good enough.

I voted yes but I'm in between yes and wait and see. I DO feel like we can beat anyone with Alex.

half our wins have been 4th quarter comebacks he has lead. Gotta give him credit for that.

He's doing a remarkable job, it should be unanimous on this board and after today I hope it is. Kudo's to the O-Line as well, they gave him more than enough time in the pocket and he made good on it for them with some big throws.

Correct. He's a lot more composed and confident, and it shows.
