Throughout the off-season, and through the first few weeks of the season many people were still down on many different aspects of this team. Frank Gore is done, he's not trying anymore. Jim Harbaugh can't coach, his decisions are terrible. Alex Smith will never be able to take this team anywhere, we should just cut out losses. We're going to go 0-6 before the by, or maybe we only win 1 game against Seattle and lost the next 5. There's no way we can do this, there's no way we can do that. It's time for some people to step up and put a little crow in their mouth. With that said, I'm looking forward to the rest of this season and what the 49ers can really do! Clean up the penalties, some of the dropped balls, and get Edwards back. This could be one hell of a team, we could be watching history in the making! He has improved into a middle of the pack QB. But the jury is still out.

You are not wrong. We are going to the playoffs and Alex Smith has helped us get there. But Alex Smith will never make us an elite team and that is just a fact.
After 7 years if the cream hasn't risen to the top it never will. I hope we get a great Qb soon but they don't exactly grow on trees.

I predicted 9-7 at best with Alex getting 85-89 QB rating AT BEST and us getting blown out in the 1st round of the playoffs.

I predicted 6-10 and hated the Aldon Smith pick. Since buying my Aldon Smith jersey about 2 months ago, we are 5-0 when I wear the jersey. Needless to say, I'm not putting on any other jersey until we get our sixth. Aldon, you beast.
