Are we calling two plays in the huddle?

Gotta assume also that the two plays in the huddle or not just run/pass. They can be two different type of run plays or two different type of pass plays.

I hvae seen him do it every game this year and 70% of the time It's a run play that he lets roll.

Each play called in the huddle also has an alternative to audible to if the defense shows an alignment that might stop the first call. So "let it roll" is the call to tell teammates to stay with the first call. "Kill" is to run the alternate play...per Eric Davis.

Yes, I seriously doubt they call the same two plays every time. I don't think that the audible calls mean anything other than what they say. Either roll with what was called or kill it for the alternate. The only thing the defense knows is that the play has been switched, not what it was switched to.

I'm glad it wasn't just run plays, I was beginning to worry that future defenses would catch on.

I remember all we had to do is get a couple of yards in the first half of the redskins game on a 3rd and short, but the play wasn't called in time and we got a delay of game call because of all of the audibles Alex had to do. I feel like it takes too long to run the play that costs us to lose a potential first down. Sometime I feel like we're making plays look too fancy.

They had plenty of time but the personnel wasn't ready, plus they weren't expecting the refs to run the clock that quickly. If we were at home I don't think this would've been a problem.

I remember the Kill Kill stuff that alex does as well but i never paid attention to see if it was a pass play when he yelled Kill Kill. But most definitely the let it roll plays have 100% been run plays. Its just kinda of a give away but last game still would gain at least 2 yards or more on each "Let it roll" plays

Yeah if you think like Singletary, then it would be 100% run plays. How dumb would that be if it was all run plays the defenses would catch on and no way Harbaugh and Co. would do such a thing.
