4-12 finish because we don't have a QB -- yet. I have high hopes for Kapernick, but he's not ready.

However -- if this plays out correctly -- this will be one of the most entertaining 4-12 teams we've seen in quite some time. The Niners will be in every game. They will be entertaining. You will be able to see the improvement from week to week. There will be excitement because Harbaugh will be building something special and ordinary fans will be able to spot it.

That's the way it was with Walsh. I'm hoping Harbaugh pulls a repeat.

But the finish will be 4-12. Kapernick will not start. He will get playing time. But he will not start until Year 2.

I'll say 7-9... we will get lucky some games but we aren't better than last year... I say we win one more game but thats it.
