How do you feel about him? How many games did he cost us last year? How do you feel about him possibly having a more increased roll this year?
Personally I like D. Walk, I just have a huge issue with his fumble problem, and they always come at moments that completely kill momentum. (Thinking saints & seahawks game) As far as his roll this year, if he can calm down the fumbles it couuld be a good thing, since he always seems to be open.
Thoughts?

He's down to like 230 or so, and at that weight it looks like they might be moving him back to WR. Not a bad move if you ask me.

I'd rather Vernon get targeted 15 times a game.

Walker is an athlete and athletes create mismatches. I consider him kid of like a Reggie Bush in that he's not going to be a superstar as a #1 TE, just as Bush isn't going to be a legit #1 RB. But Peyton crafted some great plays that isolated Bush and created mismatches. I feel like Haurbaugh can do the same with Walker.

I agree completely, I would like to see him get back to the levels where he tied the TE td record.

I think you're not really giving NFL defenses enough credit here. Davis' number dropped, in part, because teams started to take away his bread and butter: the middle seam.
If you insist on forcing the ball to someone then you fall into bad decisions. It's better to take what the defense gives you, just like Bill Walsh advocated.

I think he had one or two costly turnovers last season? But I don't know if I'd say he cost us games?

Do you know who costs us games? Sourdough Sam!
That guy needs to step his game up!
J/k...Delanie scares me every time he has the ball. I always think he's going to fumble.
