He's almost 30 dude... That's not really being a kid. He's only a kid in the sense that his dad and mom are the financial owners of the 9ers. But even then he runs most of the day to day stuff.
you can turn this into a Jed bashing thread if you want but I laugh at the idea that anyone told Harbaugh to get ready. Coach is a workaholic, he's had plan A,B,C,D,E done by mid March.
